RAFA Performance will welcome drivers, motorsports partners, RAFA Racing Club members, and the local community from around Houston and across the US to its first-ever Open Week from September 2–6.
The event is designed to provide an exclusive look inside the new RAFA Performance Centre in Houston, as the facility where RAFA Racing Team Drivers and Club Members train and prepare for their racing season, while introducing potential members and drivers to the training, recovery, and performance services that are commonly only found at an F1-level training facility.
Open Week will run daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and will allow guests to experience the same type of high-performance environment used by RAFA Racing Team drivers.
The program is built around four areas: Assess, Train & Recover, Engage and Access.
Guests will be able to experience professional driver-level assessment protocols, explore the training and recovery systems used by RAFA Racing Team drivers, and spend time with team personnel, drivers, and RAFA Racing Club members. Simulator sessions with drivers will also form part of the experience.
The week will also showcase the equipment and technology available within RAFA Performance, including Technogym cardio equipment, Keiser pneumatic resistance systems, Senaptec neurocognitive testing & training, Atlantis strength equipment, Thorne products, Hyperice and Normatec recovery technology, and Precision Fuel & Hydration testing and products.
More than a traditional gym, RAFA Performance is being developed as a dedicated high-performance environment for drivers, athletes, and members looking to improve their physical preparation, recovery, longevity in the sport and overall performance.
Open Week provides an opportunity to introduce that concept to the wider RAFA network and Houston community, while building awareness and connecting with prospective RAFA Racing Team and Club Members.
