RAFA TV launches with a new vision for motorsport storytelling

RAFA TV has officially launched, transforming the former WTF1 platform into a new destination for behind-the-scenes motorsport content and stories that fans rarely get to see.

The platform will feature exclusive access from across the racing world, sharing the moments, personalities, and experiences that often happen away from the television cameras.

While Formula 1 will remain part of the coverage, RAFA TV will also showcase content from a wide range of championships where the RAFA team, drivers, and creators have unique access.

“We wanted to find a place to tell the stories that we’re coming across, and that our drivers and creators are coming across, that don’t often make the broadcast and that most fans don’t have access to,” said Rafael Martinez.

“WTF1 built an incredible following over the years, and we felt it was the best place to bring that content.”

The launch follows the acquisition of The Race Media by RAFA Racing Club in 2024. The company owns both The-Race.com and WTF1, expanding the organization’s reach across digital motorsport media alongside its growing presence in professional racing.

“Five years ago, I went to a track day and rapidly fell in love with racing,” Martinez said.

“I knew racing was going to be part of my life. Since then, we’ve built an incredible group of companies, and now we have the opportunity to share the stories that make this sport so special.”

RAFA TV will deliver behind-the-scenes access, original features and exclusive content from championships around the world, giving fans a closer look at the people and experiences that define motorsport.

“We’re going to bring fans some of the best behind-the-scenes stories and content that makes you feel like you’re present,” Martinez said. “We’re excited to have the fans as part of the family.”
