Westin Workman faces a pivotal stretch in two championship campaigns as the RAFA Racing Team driver prepares for races at Mid-Ohio and Road Atlanta over the next two weekends.
Workman arrives at Mid-Ohio as the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge points leader, where he will contest a pair of sprint races before turning his attention to Road Atlanta.
There, he will reunite with Tyler Gonzalez in the No. 68 Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2 as the duo looks to regain the Pirelli GT4 America championship lead following a productive test this week at the circuit.
“It’s a busy stretch, but that’s exactly what we want,” said Workman.
“We had a really productive test at Road Atlanta and learned a lot about the car.
“Now the focus shifts to Mid-Ohio and the VP Challenge races this week before we head straight back to Road Atlanta for GT4 America.
“It’s a lot of racing in a short period, but the whole RAFA team is working hard, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.”
